Role & Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures with precision and attention to detail.
- Collect, process, and analyze biological samples adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Record and report test results accurately and timely for clinical use.
- Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support diagnostic processes and patient care.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Experience in laboratory testing and sample processing
- Knowledge of laboratory instruments and data management tools
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Good communication skills in local language and English
Preferred
- Certification in medical laboratory technology or related field
- Experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
