Key Responsibilities
- Conduct testing of construction materials such as cement, concrete, soil, steel, sand, and aggregates.
- Perform on-site and lab-based tests including slump test, cube test, compaction etc.
- Prepare and maintain accurate test reports, documentation, and sample records.
- Ensure that all materials used at project sites comply with IS codes and quality standards.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with project engineers and quality teams for timely testing and approvals.
- Assist in quality audits and support in identifying material defects or deviations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.
Qualification: BE Civil / Diploma Civil
Experience: Candidate should have atlest 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate.
