Adhere to SOPs for smear preparation, staining, microscopy, and NAAT testing

Maintain laboratory registers and ensure timely reporting of results

Coordinate testing of pulmonary and extra-pulmonary samples following NTEP guidelines

Assist Medical Officer in identifying MDR-TB suspects and manage sample transport for DST

Oversee safe disposal of contaminated lab materials

Support STLS in implementing NTEP Laboratory Quality Assurance measures

Implement new TB diagnostic tools as per project requirements

Use Nikshay tools for data entry, validation, and reporting
