Description
We are seeking a skilled Lab QC Chemist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products through rigorous testing and analysis in a laboratory setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Develop and validate analytical methods to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Document all testing procedures and results accurately and promptly.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues arising during the testing process.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations in the laboratory environment.
- Participate in internal and external audits as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- 15-25 years of experience in a quality control laboratory environment.
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and titration methods.
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
