Position: Lab & Product Development Associate
Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Tech. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 per month
Experience: 1 – 4 Years
Location: Rai Industrial Area, Haryana
Responsibilities
- Test and validate raw materials, formulations, and finished products.
- Conduct laboratory trials for new products, alternate materials, and formulation improvements.
- Support product development, customization, and formulation optimization.
- Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment.
- Maintain testing records, trial documentation, and product development data.
- Research and evaluate chemicals, additives, pigments, and specialty materials.
- Identify suppliers, compare alternatives, and support procurement activities.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of chemicals, pigments, and additives.
- Comfortable working in a laboratory environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work on testing and development projects.
