JOB DESCRIPTION:
Business Development & Marketing
Identify potential clients across industries (manufacturing, pharma, food, healthcare, construction, government, etc.) for lab testing
services. Promote NABL-accredited laboratory capabilities (water, air, soil,
effluent, food, noise, ambient air, etc.). Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service portfolios to clients.
Support in empanelment processes with government, public, and private sector companies.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Coordinate client queries regarding sampling, testing methods, and standards.
Provide timely follow-up on leads, quotations, and client approvals.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with the lab operations team to schedule sampling, testing, and timely delivery of reports.

Track competitor activities and suggest strategies for market positioning.
Compliance & Awareness
Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements under CPCB, SPCB, MoEF&CC, and BIS standards related to laboratory testing.
Ensure client communication highlights compliance benefits of HECS
