Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lab Incharge for Meerut,Agra, Jhansi & Dhanbad. The Lab Incharge will oversee day-to-day operations of the laboratory, manage laboratory equipment, ensure compliance with quality control standards, and support research and development initiatives. The individual will be responsible for supervising laboratory processes, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Quality Control practices and processes
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various Laboratory Equipment
• Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• Solid foundation in Laboratory Skills, including sample handling and testing procedures
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) within a laboratory setting
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field is preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy
