Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations in the laboratory
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
Conduct distillation processes and other relevant experiments as needed
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and analysis
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results
Train and supervise laboratory staff to perform tests accurately
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience working in a laboratory setting for 8-12 years
Strong knowledge of distillation processes and in-process quality control systems
Proficiency in conducting scientific experiments and analyzing data
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate with staff at all levels
