About You

• 2-3 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support.
• Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with both Linux and Windows environments.
• Understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for managing requests.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working remotely in an autonomous manner`

Bonus Points

• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell scripting).
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Prior experience supporting a Sales Engineering or similar technical team.
