- Responsibilities
- 1. Meeting the EHS protocols & regulatory norms in force
- 2. To check and control quality parameters of the Raw materials & Semi-
- finished products and finished product .
- 3. Data entry in computer
- 4. Quality and Process control activities during Shift operation ( 1 st /2 nd / 3 rd ).
- 5. Testing of BD, CCS , PLC, Thermal Conductivity, Flextural strength and other specific tests for refractory materials as applicable.
- 6. Handling quality complaints.
Key Skills and Qualification:-
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, preferably with specialization in Inorganic or Analytical Chemistry.
- 15 years of experience in a refractory, ceramics, or related materials lab.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASTM standards, and refractory material specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and understanding of QA documentation.
