Job Description

Strategic Analysis & Research

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor benchmarking to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Analyze industry trends and emerging markets to inform strategic planning and business expansion.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Partnerships

  • Support the identification and evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Assist in due diligence, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and valuation of target companies or assets.

Financial Modeling & Business Case Development

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess the impact of proposed transactions and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare business cases, scenario analyses, and presentations to support decision-making by senior leadership.

Deal Execution & Integration

  • Coordinate transaction execution, collaborating with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Support post-merger integration activities, tracking performance and value realization from completed deals.

Capital Formation & Credit Analysis

  • Assess and optimize the company's credit profile to enhance access to capital and improve financing terms.
  • Evaluate various funding options (debt, equity, hybrid instruments), prepare credit analyses, and structure financing solutions in alignment with the company's growth objectives.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for senior management, board members, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and negotiations with external advisors, financial institutions, and potential partners.
  • Monitor industry best practices and regulatory changes to inform corporate strategy and operational improvements.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or related roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
