- Electrical Quality Engineering with a related discipline with at least 5 to 6 years of experience.
- Strong exposure to QMS (Quality Management System) & EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) processes.
- Hands-on experience in product development process APQP, PPAP,DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan & relevant part manufacturing documentation Etc.
- Strong understanding of validating Speedometer (Analog / Digital / LCD / TFT / Connectivity ) manufacturing processes with the aim of zero process rejection.
- Good Understanding of Battery Charger (On-Board/Off Board/Home Charger) manufacturing processes.
- Good Understanding of supplier relationship management.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting methods using GD & T (Must), QC story, multiple 5 why, 8D analysis.
- Hands-on experience of Microsoft excel, power points presentation etc.
- Conduct Quality activities during the various stages of development (Proto, Off-tool/off-process) pre-RAR, RAR & release the part production process at the supplier for
series production with the aim of zero quality issues .
- Performance System implementation & audit improvements through world-class manufacturing techniques for improvement in process & product performance.
