Job Description

Manage and maintain Windows-based IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
Primary skill Intune, secondary skill Tanium
Provide Level 3 support for troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and updates.
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality of Windows environments.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection standards.
Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members as needed.
Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful L3 Windows professional should have:

Strong expertise in Windows-based systems and IT infrastructure management.
Ideal of experience in between 7-12 years
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues effectively.
Proficiency in monitoring tools and system performance optimization.
Knowledge of IT security and data protection best practices.
