Position Summary

The L3 Technical Manager acts as the highest technical authority within the support organization. The role is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, architecture reviews, major incident management, product optimization, OEM coordination, and overall technical governance of the ZTNA platform.

The position requires extensive expertise in ZTNA, endpoint security, secure access architecture, threat hunting, and enterprise security operations.

Experience

• Graduate Engineer in Computer Science/IT/MCA
• Minimum 8 years of experience in:
• ZTNA
• Endpoint Security
• Threat Hunting
• Forensics
• Enterprise Security Platforms
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise deployments

·        Certified L3 (Advance) level Specialist with any reputed ZTNA software, Next-Gen antivirus products Organisations Certified certification

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as highest technical escalation point.
• Lead resolution of business-critical outages.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Review platform architecture and best practices.
• Coordinate with product engineering and OEM teams.
• Lead technical governance and service improvement initiatives.
• Drive automation and operational excellence.
• Review security risks and platform health.
• Define standards, runbooks, and technical procedures.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Advanced Linux Administration , TCP/IP Networking , ZTNA Architecture , VPN Technologies , Secure Remote Access Architecture, Firewalls, Load Balancers, AD/LDAP, SAML , MFA Integration , SSL/TLS , Endpoint Security Platforms, Advanced Troubleshooting , Root Cause Analysis , HA/DR Architecture

Good-to-Have Skills

SIEM/SOC Integration, Threat Hunting , Packet Analysis , Wireshark , Database Troubleshooting , Automation & Scripting , WAF Technologies , Vulnerability Management , Security Architecture, Cloud Security Controls

Customer-Facing Responsibilities

Executive-level technical discussions , Service review meetings, Solution optimization recommendations, Customer escalation management, Technical roadmap consultation.

Incident & Escalation Responsibilities

Lead P1/P0 outage resolution, Coordinate OEM engagement, Perform deep RCA investigations, Manage product defect escalations, Provide permanent corrective actions.
