What You'll Do

• Act as the final escalation point for critical Mac Mobility incidents

• Manage macOS, iOS & Apple Enterprise Mobility environments

• Lead advanced troubleshooting, RCA and solution design

• Manage Mac Mobility architecture across large, multi-site environments

• Integrate Mobility logging with Splunk for analytics & compliance

• Drive automation, performance, access control and user-experience improvements

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to L1/L2 teams

• Own change management, risk assessment, action plans and technical documentation

• Act as the Technical SME for upcoming initiatives and enterprise changes

Must-Have Skills

8–12 years of relevant experience

Strong Mac / Apple Ecosystem & Enterprise Mobility Management experience

Expertise in macOS, iOS & Mobile Device Management

Hands-on Tanium Endpoint Security Management

Tanium dashboarding, analytics & automation

Strong troubleshooting & RCA skills

Splunk exposure for monitoring/analysis

ITSM process knowledge

Experience in large-scale enterprise / multi-site environments

Willingness to work in shifts / on-call support

Good to Have

• MD-102 / TCA / TCO certifications

• International / multi-site environment experience

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in CS, IT or related field
