Job Description

  • Manage and secure identity systems using tools like Microsoft Entra ID and Azure AD.
  • Enhance identity security by implementing and monitoring Microsoft Identity Secure Score.
  • Use tools such as Semperis, PingCastle, and BloodHound to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve enterprise access management (EAM) practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to protect against identity-based threats.
  • Review and address vulnerabilities in identity systems regularly.
  • Provide technical leadership for identity defense initiatives.
  • Train and guide team members on identity security best practices.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.



ExperienceMinimum 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience with strong expertise in

  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Hybrid Identity Environments
  • PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Azure DevOps



Identity Security ExpertiseStrong understanding of:

  • Microsoft Tiering Model
  • Enterprise Access Model (EAM)
  • Identity Security Frameworks
  • Identity Governance and Security Best Practices



Identity Security Assessment & Defense ToolsHands-on experience with:

  • Microsoft Security Assessment Tools
  • Microsoft Identity Secure Score
  • Semperis
  • PingCastle
  • BloodHound



Additional Technical Skills

  • Splunk
  • ServiceNow
  • Microsoft Azure Administration
  • Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
  • Infrastructure Monitoring and Operational Support
