Job Title: L3 EUC Specialist Intune & SCCM
Experience: 6–10 years

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments for enterprise-scale deployments.
- Lead migration projects from SCCM to Intune, ensuring minimal disruption and compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide L3-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex EUC issues.
- Configure and optimize device management policies, application deployment, and patch management.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for endpoint management and reporting.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to enforce device security baselines and conditional access policies.
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring of EUC infrastructure.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, SOPs, and migration runbooks.
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers on Intune and SCCM best practices.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) and SCCM (ConfigMgr).
- Proven track record of SCCM-to-Intune migration projects.
- Expertise in Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, and application packaging.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Familiarity with Azure AD integration and conditional access.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
