Job Description

  • Manage and maintain backup and recovery solutions to ensure uninterrupted data availability.
  • Monitor backup processes and troubleshoot any issues to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to implement and improve backup strategies and policies.
  • Perform regular testing of backup and recovery systems to ensure reliability.
  • Provide Level 3 support for backup-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Document processes, configurations, and changes to maintain comprehensive records.
  • Stay updated on the latest backup technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies for data security and management.
