Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Application Developer (L3) to design, develop, deploy, and support scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, JavaScript, and database design, along with hands-on exposure to building end-to-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end applications
- Develop clean, modular, and reusable workflows
- Design scalable database schemas including tables, relationships, constraints, and indexing strategies
- Write optimized and efficient expressions and workflows
- Conduct functional testing (manual and automated)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to gather and define requirements
- Manage deployment and provide post-production support
- Track and measure project milestones
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 - 10 years of experience in application development
- Strong knowledge of Java and JavaScript
- Experience with database design, schema creation, and table structuring
- Hands-on experience in writing workflows and expressions
- Experience in manual and automated testing
- Bachelors degree in B.Tech / BE / MCA (Computer Science or related field preferred)
- Good communication skills
