We are seeking a technically skilled and self-motivated Support Engineer to manage and support our IT infrastructure and provide end-user support for both hardware and software, including critical business applications. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Microsoft technologies, network configuration, and application troubleshooting. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills to communicate confidently and fluently with end users, should be able to grasp domain & product knowledge quickly and perform triage & report generations independently (must possess excellent data & functional analysis skills), must be proactive.

Experience Level: 4+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Application Support with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Defender, and SQL-based troubleshooting. Proven ability to handle L1/L2 support and perform independent triage.
Working time will be 6:30 am IST to 3:30 pm IST or 2:30 pm IST to 11:30 pm IST based on required coverage).
