- Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, Grafana, Nagios).
- Understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, and networking basics.
- Ability to read and understand application logs, and correlate issues across multiple components.
- Excellent communication, incident management, and documentation skills.
