  • About the Role

Experience in application or infrastructure support. Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix commands, log analysis, and basic scripting (Shell/Python).

What You Will Do

  • Experience in application or infrastructure support.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix commands, log analysis, and basic scripting (Shell/Python).
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, Grafana, Nagios).
  • Understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, and networking basics.
  • Ability to read and understand application logs, and correlate issues across multiple components.
  • Excellent communication, incident management, and documentation skills.
