- 5 to 7 years of IT experience of Production Support Team
Technical Skills
Must Have _ Level 2 Production Support (ITIL) Lead, Unix/Linux, Unix scripting , Oracle SQL, Unix Infra activities experience , Autosys
Incident Management, Change Management , Problem Management , Application COB/Disaster Recovery
Tools: ITRS, Service Now, uDeploy
Domain Knowledge: Banking _Investment Banking
Good to have : knowledge in oracle _proc, function, view, cursors
General Skillset
Good coordination between various infra/TI teams OR dev partners
Quick turnaround time for solving any issue
Quick in escalation + handling MIM + involving ICM + sending user communications
Good debugging and analytical skills
Must be very good in communication
