Job Description

Provide production support for Cash/Trade applications to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Investigate and resolve issues in existing systems, ensuring smooth IT system functionality.
Coordinate with ITIP/Infrastructure teams to optimize system configurations and hardware performance.
Analyze user requirements, prepare functional specifications, conduct SIT testing, and implement enhancements following Group standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide 24x7 support, including on-call coverage for weekdays, weekends, and special holidays as needed.
Implement and follow APS processes for production incidents, service requests, problem management, and change requests.
Contribute to Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness and ensure production applications can recover efficiently.
Assist in resolving hardware, software, and application-related security vulnerabilities.
Manage housekeeping tasks, upgrades, installation, backup/restore, and adherence to DR plans.
Establish secure, scalable, and flexible applications to meet organizational needs.
Collaborate with IT Security, ITIP L3, and vendor teams to mitigate security vulnerabilities.
Work with Java/J2EE, Oracle PL/SQL, Unix, and web-based application technologies.
