L2 Network Security

Roles and Responsibility:

1. Network Security :-

a. Implementation and manage of Firewall, IPS, WAF, Load balancer and Antivirus.

b. Monitoring of traffic

c. Develop and enforce Security Polies on required tools

d. Analyze and Guide the vulnerability assessment and Penetrating Test.

2. SDWAN :-

a. Understanding of under layer and over layer concept

b. Good understanding of BGP, VRP, MPLS, routing, switching

3. Solution Building

a. Suggest new solutions ( Security/SDWAN ) as per end client requirement

b. Solution should integrate with exiting environment

c. Solution should be built as per limited resource of existing network.

4. Operations and management

a. Work on daily security incident

b. Understanding of the Change management and Incident response.

c. Prioritizing the incident as per the criticality of the incident

d. Should be able to work along network team.

e. Should be able to do deep analysis of the incident and share solution & guide the team for resolution.

f. Providing Training to Client and Junior team for smooth O&M

Tools Requirement:

a. Understanding of Wireshark for deep analysis

b. understanding System log and pin point the issue.

c. Firewall :- Fortigate, Checkpoint and Huawei

d. IPS/IDS:- Radware

e. Antivirus:- Symentac

f. Load balancer & WAF :- A10 Networks

Education:

B.E./B.Tech in ECE/CS/IT, CCIE/SRA/JNCIS Security or equivalent certifications & CISSP or equivalent.(certification should be active and must lab and written both)

Experts in Network & IT Security

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience
