L2 Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment.
• Configure and manage Meraki and Cisco switches. Troubleshoot network issues in collaboration with Local IT teams to address performance degradation and ensure service uptime.
• Implement network upgrades, changes, and enhancements.
• Work closely with L1 support and other technical teams to resolve complex network issues.
• Ensure network security, compliance, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Address and resolve SIP/VOIP related issues.
• Address and resolve call centre Network related issues.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in network monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in configuring Meraki and Cisco network equipment and firewall.
• Solid understanding of network security principles and compliance.
• Familiarity with SIP/VOIP technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
