Key Responsibilities
- Configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure, including Cisco and HP Aruba routers and switches, firewalls, and HP Aruba wireless access points.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto, Check Point, and Fortinet (FortiGate) firewalls.
- Create and manage firewall security policies, NAT rules, VPN configurations, security rule optimization, and firmware upgrades.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues related to routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN connectivity.
- Create, configure, and troubleshoot IPsec VPN tunnels for secure site-to-site and remote connectivity.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Aruba wireless network infrastructure, including access points and wireless controllers.
- Utilize ITSM (ticketing) tools to manage incidents, service requests, and change requests while ensuring adherence to SLA requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring network issues and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration backups, and standard-operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of network-related incidents and successful implementation of network changes
