Job Description

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Onsite

Experience:4+ years

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 support for network-related incidents, service requests, and changes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN/WAN, switching, and routing
  • Manage and support Cisco Meraki devices (MX, MS, MR) via dashboard
  • Monitor network performance and ensure uptime and SLA compliance
  • Configure and maintain VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, and IP routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP – basic level)
  • Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and device health checks
  • Collaborate with L3 teams for complex issue resolution
  • Maintain documentation for network topology, configurations, and procedures
  • Participate in on-call rotation and support during network outages
