Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced L2 Network Engineer with strong expertise in SD-WAN and Fortigate Firewalls to support and manage enterprise network infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability of network services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for network-related incidents and service requests
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SD-WAN environments
- Manage and support Fortigate Firewalls (policy configuration, VPNs, security rules)
- Handle incident management, problem management, and change requests
- Troubleshoot network issues related to routing, switching, and security
- Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime
- Work with L3 teams for escalations and complex issues
- Maintain proper documentation for network configurations and changes
- Support implementation and upgrades of network infrastructure
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SD-WAN technologies
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet Fortigate Firewalls
- Knowledge of Routing & Switching (L2/L3 concepts)
- Experience in VPN (IPSec/SSL VPN) configuration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience working in 24/7 support environment (if applicable)
Preferred Skills
- Certifications like Fortinet NSE / CCNA / CCNP
- Experience with ITIL processes
- Exposure to cloud networking is a plus

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
