Preferred Skills

• Cisco Catalyst/Nexus Switches
• Meraki Access Points & Wireless Networking
• AWS/Azure Networking
• Python or PowerShell scripting
• Certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, Versa Certified Professional (VCP), or Cisco Meraki are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Manage and support Versa SD-WAN environments.
• Administer Cisco ISE and Cisco Meraki infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and Internet connectivity issues.
• Perform network monitoring, root cause analysis (RCA), and incident resolution.
• Support network changes, firmware upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with OEM vendors and ISPs to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, SLAs, and security best practices.
