Job Description
We are looking for an experienced L2 Engineer with strong expertise in EDR, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and Security Operations.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in EDR / Incident Response / Threat Hunting / Forensics
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, databases, networking, and IT technologies
- Hands-on experience in EDR installation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance
- Experience in incident investigation, threat analysis, RCA, remediation, and fault isolation
- Experience with security solution integration, patching, upgrades, tuning, and performance monitoring
- Handle Level 2 support cases and coordinate with OEM and SOC teams
- Provide knowledge transfer and technical support to L1 Engineers
- Prepare regular system health, performance, and operational reports
Qualifications
B.Tech/M.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, BCA, B.Sc. IT/Computers, or Diploma in CS/IT.
Certifications: CISM, CISSP, CEH, CSA, CIH, or CompTIA Security+ preferred.
