We are hiring an L2 Engineer (Immediate joiner) to manage and troubleshoot servers, Firewalls, Wi-Fi networks, and desktop/laptop systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in server and network management and provide effective IT support.

Responsibilities

• Manage servers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and desktop/laptop systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues.

Skills & Experience

• Proven L2 support experience.
• Strong knowledge of server, network, and desktop/laptop management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• A formal degree is not required; candidates may be degree-holders or self-taught.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills are required.
