Job Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 application and production support for Oracle Flexcube Core Banking System (CBS).
- Monitor production environments and ensure high application availability.
- Analyze and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate with L3 and development teams for issue resolution.
- Support end-of-day (EOD), beginning-of-day (BOD), and batch processing activities.
- Handle application deployments, configuration changes, and production releases.
- Work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to resolve application issues.
- Maintain incident reports, documentation, and knowledge base articles.
Mandatory Skills:
- 5–10 years of experience in Oracle Flexcube Core Banking System (CBS).
- Strong experience in L2 Application/Production Support.
- Hands-on experience in incident management and production issue resolution.
- Good understanding of Core Banking operations.
- Experience with SQL and database troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- ITIL process knowledge.
- Experience in banking or financial services domain.
- Exposure to production monitoring and batch support.
