Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform system and requirement analysis, design, coding, and testing.
  • Estimate efforts using the Waterfall Method and review design and code.
  • Provide support for SIT and UAT testing.
  • Deploy projects to production environments.
  • Handle 24x7 on-call production support.
  • Support non-production environment batch cycles.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions for new team members.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT support and operations.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting, XCOM, SFTP, and job scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud and its applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot file transfer failures and process failed files before the cutoff time.
  • Maintain documentation for production issues, run-books, and operational best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL databases.
  • Experience handling conference bridges during critical production downtimes (P1 & P2 incidents).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
  • Team player with flexibility to work in shifts and weekends if required.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience supporting banking domain applications.
