Must Have

Service Desk / Technical Support experience

ServiceNow

Office 365 / Microsoft 365

Active Directory

Troubleshooting skills

Good English communication

Basic Azure AD / Outlook / Teams knowledge

Note: Training, internship and bench period will not be counted as relevant experience.
