Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring L1 Support Engineers for Delhi, Gurgaon, Lucknow & Kanpur locations. This is a field-based technical support role, where the candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1 support to clients. Candidates must be comfortable with field work and travel within the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 technical support to customers at client locations
Handle basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and system-related issues
Attend service calls and resolve issues within defined timelines
Coordinate with the internal technical team for escalation (L2/L3) when required
Maintain service reports and update job status regularly
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective support

Skills & Requirements

Basic knowledge of IT support / technical troubleshooting
Good communication skills
Ability to understand and follow technical instructions
Willingness to work in the field and travel locally

Mandatory Requirements

Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory
Valid driving license

Experience

Fresher or candidates with 02 years of experience in L1/field support can apply
