Job Description

We are hiring for an Office 365 - Technical Support professional to join our B2B process. We are seeking a candidate with experience in Active Directory and excellent communication skills. This is a great opportunity for an immediate joiner who is comfortable with a night shift and a service agreement.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide L1 Technical Support for Office 365 and related services.
  • Handle Active Directory and other technical support tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for business-to-business clients.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Active Directory.
  • Education: Any graduate can apply.
  • Skills:Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
  • Commitment: Must be an immediate joiner who can start within a week and is okay with an 18-month service agreement.

Additional Information

  • Salary: Up to 8.40 LPA.
  • Work Schedule:5 days working with 2 rostered offs and night shifts.
  • Transport:Both-side cabs are provided.
  • Perks & Benefits: The role includes incentives and cabs.
