Job Description

Provide timely and effective technical support to clients by addressing queries, concerns, and service requests
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using appropriate tools, techniques, and support methodologies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution
Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, and support processes to provide accurate assistance
Monitor, identify, and escalate critical or unresolved issues to senior team members when necessary
Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
Support desktop systems, applications, and IT infrastructure-related issues
Assist in maintaining documentation of support activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance support efficiency and service quality
Prioritize and manage multiple support tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure operational continuity
Adapt quickly to changing priorities, technologies, and business requirements
