Job Overview

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer (L1/L2) to provide technical and application support in Pune. The ideal candidate should have experience in ServiceNow, SQL Support, and Application Support and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for applications and IT systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SQL-related issues and queries.
  • Work with ServiceNow for incident management and tracking.
  • Support end-users by resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT processes and system performance.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Document technical solutions and create user guides for common issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT Support, L1/L2 Support, or Application Support.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for incident and request management.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Support and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of Windows/Linux environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with end-users and technical teams.
