Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on L1/L2 Post-Sales Engineer Network & Security to support enterprise Network & Security implementation, migration, and infrastructure refresh projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and supporting enterprise networking and security solutions across customer environments. The role involves working closely with L3 Engineers, Solution Architects, OEMs, and project teams to ensure successful implementation and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute implementation, migration, and refresh projects for enterprise Network & Security infrastructure.
• Configure and deploy Cisco / Aruba Routing & Switching solutions.
• Install and configure enterprise wireless solutions.
• Deploy and configure firewalls and security appliances.
• Perform on-site and remote installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Support network migration activities, including:
• VLAN changes
• IP changes
• Network topology migration
• Switch and firewall replacement
• Cutover activities
• Configure firewall security policies including NAT, ACL, and VPN.
• Perform basic IPS/IDS configuration and implementation.
• Deploy and configure Endpoint Security solutions such as EDR/XDR agents and apply security policies.
• Support Data Security solutions including DLP agent deployment and basic policy configuration.
• Work closely with L3 Engineers and Solution Architects for design validation and complex configurations.
• Perform post-implementation testing and validation.
• Prepare handover documents, configuration records, and implementation reports.
• Follow project timelines, SOPs, change management processes, and implementation standards.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams during implementation and troubleshooting activities.

• Forcepoint or similar DLP solutions

Required Skills & Competencies

• 2-6 years of experience in Network & Security Implementation / Post-Sales Support.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise Network & Security deployments.
• Experience in network migration, implementation, and infrastructure refresh projects.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience in network device configuration and deployment.
• Basic to intermediate experience in firewall configuration.
• Experience supporting security solution implementation.
• Ability to execute field implementations and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
• Exposure to working with System Integrators (SIs) and OEM technology ecosystems is preferred.
• Strong learning attitude and willingness to develop expertise in emerging Network & Security technologies.
• Ability to work effectively under project timelines and implementation schedules.

Preferred Certifications

• Cisco: CCNA / CCNP
• Aruba: ACA / ACMP
• Fortinet: NSE certifications
• Palo Alto: PCCET or equivalent
• Relevant Endpoint Security / DLP certifications
