L1 Engineer Converged Core

Job Purpose

1.Monitor network performance and security platforms.,2. Raise tickets with proper details for all issues.,3. Perform basic troubleshooting and fault isolation.,4. Escalate issues within defined SLA timelines.,5. Prepare daily reports and shift handover notes.

Key Responsibilities Knowledge of core, IP, and transmission networks. 2. Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching ,3. Familiar with MPLS and ticketing tools., 4. Experience with NMS and EMS systems.,

5.Knowlege on IMS (Multimedia) ,MGF ,VAS (telco Value added Services)

Scope

• Understanding of Incident & Trouble Ticket Management Process

• Ability to handle Critical & Major Network Issues

• Adhere all standard processes for Corrective / Preventive & Planned maintenance.

• Candidate should be self learner.

• Shift Job 24*7 required.

Knowledge & Skills (Indicate which criteria are mandatory)

• IMS ( Ip multimedia system). MGCF, VAS ( telco Value added services)

• Desirable Certifications: Advanced Cisco or equivalent IP Certifications and any Certification related to Telecom shall be an added advantage.
