L1 AV Support Engineer

Responsibilities of On-Site L1 Engineer:

• Handle AV related issues in MPH and providing basic support for the events and meetings.
• Coordinate and follow up with internal teams, vendors, or OEMs.
• Educating or clarifying users quires.
• Monitor and verify the device's health status in the town hall setup.
• Assist project head in maintaining equipment inventory list for the product in the MPH setup.
• Configuration Backup of devices if required.
• Escalate issues to the respective OEM or respective vendor as and when required.
• Coordinate with OEM/Vendor for the replacement of equipment in case of hardware failure.
