L & D Trainer

Position: L&D Trainer – Sales Enablement

Location: Chennai (work from office)

Experience: 5+ years in Learning & Development, with a strong track record of training and upskilling sales teams

Preferred: Prior experience in a SaaS/software company

What we're really looking for: someone who can quickly learn our product inside-out and then break it down and teach it to the sales team in a simple, easy-to-understand way — like a teacher, not just a presenter. Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify technical/product concepts are a must.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Learning our product deeply (features, use cases, positioning) and staying current as it evolves.
• Designing and delivering onboarding and ongoing training programs for the sales team.
• Building product training modules, and skill-development workshops.
• Running interactive sessions (not just lectures) with quizzes, role-plays, and practice pitches.
• Partnering with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs.
