Responsibilities

In this individual contributor role, you will

  • Assess the needs of the stakeholders and establish the learning goals, desired outcomes,
  • and indicators of success
  • Identify appropriate learning solutions using tools such as surveys, interviews, focus groups,
  • and sampling techniques
  • Design and develop high-quality learning solutions that are appropriate to the learner profile
  • Create assessments and evaluate the impact of training programs
  • Provide estimations and meet the effort required to complete a project
  • Reporting and documentation related to any type of training, either internal or external
  • At times, provide training to the support staff and Operation (if needed)
  • Provide support to the Educational Programs and coordinate any activities related to them if
  • needed.
  • Open to work in 24X7 environment (work from office)

Studies & Experience

  • Minimum of 12-14 years overall work experience
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience as a Behavioural/ Soft skills Trainer
  • Open to working from the office during evening shifts
  • Open to travel between Gurugram and the Noida location
  • Experience in delivering Soft Skills Training & Leadership Development (up to Middle Management level)
  • Experience in conducting Training Need Analysis/ Training Need Identification
  • Data management skills
  • Open to travel between Gurugram and Noida locations
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Desirable
  • Content development experience with international BPOs
  • Experience in Operations/Customer Experience/ Service Delivery
  • Experience in training delivery

Mandatory Knowledge

  • Oral and written comprehension.
  • Appropriate use of language.
  • GSuite /MS Office - Advanced
