Job Description

As an L&D Program Coordinator, you'll be the engine room for how SUSE learns, grows, and innovates. You're not just organizingyou're optimizing! You'll manage the tech backbone of our global learning programs, driving maximum impact through smart system administration, deep data insights, and a laser-focus on automation and continuous improvement.

This is your shot to learn a great foundation in various aspects of learning & development and operations and to help us build a truly open and limitless culture of learning. We offer a 1-year contract but there might opportunities to stay with us long-term.

Focus Areas (Key Responsibilities)

  • Learning Systems Management: Serve as the primary administrator for our digital learning platforms, ensuring optimal functionality, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Support to L&D Programs: Provide coordination and administrative support for L&D programs. This involves content creation, logistical coordination, data analysis, and resource management.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor platform usage and engagement metrics, generating reports and insights to inform decision-making and enhance the effectiveness of L&D programs and initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices to utilize AI and automation opportunities.
  • Engagement: Champion work of the L&D department and serve as an ambassador in all interactions inside and outside the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years experience in L&D Program administration/coordination, including LMS administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in the Google Workplace suite with strong Slides and Sheets knowledge (alternatively Microsoft Office experience)
  • Excellent written English skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools is preferred.
