About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Manager – Learning & Development to design and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives and future capability requirements.

The ideal candidate will drive impactful learning initiatives, leadership development programs, digital learning adoption, and organization-wide capability building.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Design and implement a comprehensive corporate L&D strategy aligned with business goals.

▪ Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business leaders, HRBPs, and department heads.

▪ Develop and deliver impactful learning programs, including classroom, digital, and blended learning.

▪ Drive leadership development and high-potential employee programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.

▪ Manage digital learning platforms, including LMS and LXP, and track adoption and ROI.

▪ Evaluate and manage external training partners, content providers, and facilitators.

▪ Track L&D metrics such as training effectiveness, learner engagement, and business impact.

▪ Lead learning initiatives supporting organizational transformation, employee engagement, DEI, and innovation.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Learning & Development.

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Strong experience in corporate L&D strategy and training delivery.

Proficiency in Excel, LMS platforms, content development, and learning program management.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Strong leadership, adaptability, innovation, and stakeholder management abilities.
