Job Description

  • L&D Strategy: Develop and drive a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned to organisational goals, beneficiary outcomes, and long‑term capability priorities.
  • Training Needs Identification (TNI): Lead structured diagnostics and TNI through data analysis, stakeholder consultations, capability assessments, and on‑ground insights.
  • Program Design & Implementation: Design, pilot, and scale learning programs using blended formats (digital, classroom, cohort‑based), ensuring contextual relevance and measurable outcomes.
  • Capability Building Initiatives: Build sustained capability development frameworks for diverse audience groups, moving beyond one‑time training to long‑term skill adoption.
  • AI‑Enabled Learning (Added Advantage): Leverage AI‑driven tools and platforms to personalise learning journeys, enhance engagement, and improve effectiveness at scale.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in L&D, capability development, or learning strategy roles
  • Strong expertise in diagnostics, TNA, and instructional design for adult learners
  • Experience designing learning solutions for large, diverse, or distributed audiences
  • Ability to translate ambiguous problem statements into structured learning interventions
  • Exposure to digital learning platforms, metrics‑driven L&D, or systems‑level programs is a plus
