L&D Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies and programs.
Design and deliver e-learning courses, career development plans, workshops, and more.
Manage budgets effectively while fostering relationships with vendors and consultants.
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to align learning goals.
Facilitate various company-wide learning methods, including coaching, job shadowing, and online training.
Assess the impact of development plans and support employees in maximizing learning opportunities.
Execute internship programs effectively to build a skilled resource pool.
Oversee bench resources and provide targeted training and certifications as needed.
Collaborate with Functional Leaders to coordinate team training and certification initiatives.
