Hiring | L&D & Upskilling Subject Matter Expert (SME)

We are seeking an experienced L&D & Upskilling SME to drive industry-aligned learning, skilling, and workforce upskilling programs focused on building employability and future-ready capabilities.

Position Details

• Experience: 8–12 Years

• Industry:IT – Software Development / Technology Background

• Location: Hyderabad

• Budget: Up to 15 LPA

• Interview Mode:Face-to-Face

• Notice Period:Immediate Joiners Only

• Education: Graduate in any discipline

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in L&D, Upskilling, Workforce Development, or Training Programs

• IT industry exposure, preferably with a Software Development / Technology background

• Ability to work across different business units and multiple industry sectors

• Experience in skill-gap analysis, job-role mapping, competency development, and employability programs

• Ability to translate industry requirements into practical learning and upskilling programs

• Strong stakeholder management and program coordination skills

• Exposure to LMS, QPs, NOS, NSQF, and Skill India frameworks is preferred

• Exposure to AI/GenAI and LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini is an advantage
