Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders at BU or enterprise level
Proven track record in designing and leading large-scale leadership and capability transformation initiatives.
Strong executive facilitation capability with credibility across senior stakeholders
Exposure to working with reputed academic institutions or global learning partners is preferred
