Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning & Development (L&D) Manager at our NCR location in Hyderabad. The role involves designing, implementing, and delivering functional training programs tailored for Finance & Accounting (F&A) roles. Core responsibilities include analyzing training needs, developing instructional materials, evaluating the success of training initiatives, and refining programs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Additionally, the L&D Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive leadership development and create a structured and strategic learning environment.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Training & Development, including creating and delivering effective training sessions tailored to organizational needs.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and knowledge of modern learning methodologies and tools.
  • Skills in Instructional Design, curriculum planning, and creating engaging learning content.
  • Expertise in Leadership Development, with proven ability to implement programs that build leadership capabilities within teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Finance & Accounting functions or similar domains is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Training and Development or Instructional Design are a plus.
